...And Then They Grew

This is a morning shot at a 7AM potty break for the boys.

We have already had to loosen both Riggs' and Izzak's collars this week. I played with my vintage Polaroid camera and here are some of those shots I got of them playing outside. They just have the sweetest faces you want to kiss all over!

Izzak

Riggs

Daddy with the boys... Izzak is looking at us. Ken read somewhere, when we were first just researching Great Danes, that if they like you they will lean on you. That's alright while they are still 30 lbs... but when they are 180 lbs... I am not so sure!

Riggs looking. I really hope their eyes will stay so light. ...and look at that hand!

Our sweet Palmer just watching the craziness that has surrounded him for the last week. He is doing so much better. I always sneak him extra treats. I have to distract Riggs and Izzak and then I throw a treat to him when they are looking the other way. Otherwise, they will run after the treat and mow over whatever might be in their way... including Palmer. He is still at tail-hitting-face height. Poor little guy. When they grow a bit taller, he won't have that worry any longer.

If you click on this picture to make it bigger you will be able to see the look on Palmer's face. Classic.
P.S. They are already "sitting". We have a time during the day where we do, "tricks for treats"... and they come running... the house-breaking is going well, too... as good as expected for nearly three month old. :)

Lots of love,
Mandy
