We had an accident in the family last weekend and lost Mattie. She was run over and it was pretty traumatic. This was Ken's parents' sweet dog. She was one of God's great loving creatures that brought us all so much joy. I haven't told Palmer yet. She was his best friend. Red, their bloodhound isn't handling it too well, either. He just hangs his head and won't eat.Here is a video a friend sent me last week that I thought was appropriate. At the start of it, I thought it would be cheesy with the singing and all, but it turned out the words are wonderful and I believe what is says whole heartily.
I can't imagine the hurt they have right now missing her so much. We consider our animals our family and it is so sad to have lost a member. Please be in prayer for comfort and peace for my mom and dad-in-law. Mattie was such a special girl and they are missing her tremendously.

Al the proceeds go into our treasury to help pay for events, holiday parties, baby showers etc... being it is the military we aren't allowed to use any of our own money for things like that :) I can email you ALL the info you if you like.. but I dont have your email..lol
